We are looking for a high-energy, motivated Appointment Setter to join our fast-growing sales team. This is a full-time, remote position ideal for someone who thrives in a high-performance environment and enjoys helping people take action toward success.

As an Appointment Setter at Advanced Agent Marketing, you’ll play a key role in generating new business revenue by initiating conversations with insurance agents, following up with leads, and setting high-quality appointments for our closers. Advanced Agent Marketing is a fast-growing insurance marketing company that helps agents stop wasting money on low-quality leads and instead use our proven lead generation system to generate high-intent prospects on autopilot.

Our mission is to empower insurance agents with the knowledge, tools, and resources they need to achieve time, location, and financial freedom. Our system has helped agents/agencies scale past $100K/month in production, and we are expanding rapidly to serve more agents across the country.

Responsibilities:

• Generate conversations with new potential clients through outbound marketing efforts.

• Follow up with inbound leads who have expressed interest but haven’t booked yet.

• Call and engage leads who opted in via Facebook, Skool, or our website.

• Monitor and respond to text messages inside the CRM.

• Pre-qualify leads to ensure they meet the right criteria before handing them off to a Closer.

• Set high-quality sales appointments that convert at a minimum 20% closing ratio.

• Follow up prior to the appointment to ensure show rates remain high.

• Attend daily team meetings via Zoom, Monday - Friday.

• Complete daily reports and update CRM tracking sheets.

• Help drive at least $70,000 in new business revenue per month.

Qualifications:

• A passion for helping others take action—you thrive on helping agents succeed.

• Strong sales and communication skills—you can handle objections and guide conversations.

• Proven ability to set appointments that lead to closed deals.

• Tech-savvy—comfortable using GoHighLevel, Slack, and Zoom.

• Highly coachable and results-driven—you’re hungry to improve and hit KPIs.

• Organized and detail-oriented—you can manage follow-ups and track conversations effectively.

• Full-time availability (40-50 hours per week) with flexibility to engage during business hours.

On Target Earnings:

• Base + Commission role with an expected income of $55,000 - $111,000 per year based on performance.

• No income cap—top setters can exceed expectations.

• Inbound leads provided, ensuring a steady pipeline of interested prospects.
