About The Role:
We are looking for a driven and experienced Closer to join our high-performance sales team. This is a full-time, remote position for a competitive closer who thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. If you are a top-tier sales professional who is passionate about helping insurance agents scale their business while earning a six-figure income, this is the opportunity for you.
This role is commission-only. Top performers can expect to earn between $122,000 - $400,000+ per year. We provide inbound leads—no cold calling required. You’ll work directly with motivated insurance agents and financial advisors who have already expressed interest in our lead generation and automation services.

Our mission is to empower insurance agents with the knowledge, tools, and resources they need to achieve time, location, and financial freedom. Our system has helped agents/agencies scale past $100K/month in production, and we are expanding rapidly to serve more agents across the country.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct 5-7 inbound sales calls per day with insurance agents who have expressed interest in our program.
• Follow a structured sales process to uncover agent needs and present the right offer.
• Handle objections effectively and guide prospects to a confident buying decision.
• Track sales performance and meet or exceed KPIs for close rate and revenue generated.
• Show up to daily/weekly team meetings to review performance, share insights, and receive coaching.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism in communication, both on Zoom and via CRM tools.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine strategies and improve results.
• Continuously improve by receiving coaching and implementing feedback.
Qualifications:
• Proven track record in high-ticket sales, preferably in B2C environments with offers ranging from $3K - $15K+.
• Ability to own a sales call from open to close, handling objections and securing commitments.
• Strong communication and rapport-building skills over Zoom and phone.
• High level of self-discipline, motivation, and coachability.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-moving, high-performance sales team.
• Comfort with GoHighLevel, Zoom, and CRM tools for managing sales pipelines.
• Consistent pipeline management to maximize conversions.
• Professionalism and adherence to company sales processes.
• Willingness to work hard, optimize performance, and exceed sales targets.

• Expected income of $122,000 - $400,000+ per year based on performance.
• No income cap—top closers can exceed expectations. This is a Commission-only role built with bonuses and incentives.
