We are looking for a high-performing Client Success Manager to join our team and help life insurance agents increase their sales, optimize their performance, and stay enrolled in our advanced programs. This is a full-time, remote position for someone who is passionate about coaching, training, and supporting sales professionals to achieve their goals.
As a Client Success Manager at Advanced Agent Marketing, you’ll work closely with our agents to help them refine their skills, improve their sales process, and fully utilize our lead generation program. You’ll provide hands-on coaching, conduct training calls, ensure client success, and drive retention and renewals into our backend programs and offers.

Our mission is to empower insurance agents with the knowledge, tools, and resources they need to achieve time, location, and financial freedom. Our system has helped agents/agencies scale past $100K/month in production, and we are expanding rapidly to serve more agents across the country.
Responsibilities:
• Coach and mentor life insurance agents on how to maximize sales using our lead generation program.
• Conduct 1-on-1 and group coaching calls to refine agents’ scripts, objections, and closing strategies.
• Provide ongoing training and support to ensure agents fully utilize our program and tools.
• Help agents build confidence, overcome mindset challenges, and improve closing rates.
• Analyze agent performance and develop customized improvement plans.
• Ensure agents hit their sales targets by tracking progress and providing ongoing support.
• Assist with onboarding new agents to ensure a seamless transition into the program.
• Renew agents into our backend programs and offers by reinforcing the value of continued support, advanced coaching, and upgraded services.
• Identify upsell and retention opportunities to keep agents engaged and continually growing within our ecosystem.
• Monitor client progress and proactively address concerns to improve satisfaction and retention.
• Attend team meetings and contribute insights to refine and enhance client success strategies.
Results:
• Agents successfully implementing lead generation and sales strategies.
• Increased conversion rates and sales volume for agents in the program.
• High engagement and satisfaction among agents receiving coaching.
• Strong retention and success rate of agents in the program.
Requirements:
• Proven track record in life insurance sales with a history of exceeding sales targets.
• Passion for coaching, training, and mentoring others to achieve success.
• Deep understanding of sales psychology and how to overcome objections.
• Strong technical skills and comfort with Facebook Ads, GoHighLevel, and Zoom.
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills to motivate agents.
• Highly coachable, adaptable, and results-driven.
• Ability to think critically and solve problems to ensure agent success.
• Willingness to invest in the growth of your team and put in the necessary work to see results.
Expected Compensation:
• Base + Commission role with an expected income of $121,000 - $176,000 per year based on performance.
• No income cap—top coaches can exceed expectations.
