About The Role:
We’re hiring a Marketing Account Manager at Advanced Agent Marketing (AAM). In this role, you’ll be the primary point of contact for insurance agents and agency owners, guiding them from onboarding to long-term success. Think of it as an agency-style role: you’ll manage client relationships, ensure marketing systems get fully activated, and drive measurable outcomes that lead to renewals and growth.
Your job is to make sure our clients don’t just “use” our system—they win with it. You’ll hold them accountable, coach them on execution, and ensure they see results worth bragging about.
This is not a passive “service” role. It’s a strategic account manager position for someone who knows digital marketing, thrives on client interaction, and wants to be part of a high-performance team scaling toward $100M+ in revenue.

Responsibilities:
-Manage a portfolio of ~80 active clients (insurance agents/agency owners).
-Guide clients through onboarding, ensuring they complete all “Activation Point” milestones.
-Maintain a Net Promoter Score of 8.5+ across your accounts.
-Proactively manage client health, satisfaction, and renewals.
-Facilitate client handoffs to sales for upgrades/ascension.
-Secure client-generated assets, including video testimonials and referrals.
-Act as a strategic marketing advisor—helping clients adopt and execute their campaigns effectively.
-Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, fulfillment, and marketing teams.
Results:
• Client Activation: 100% of new clients complete onboarding milestones.
• Retention: High renewal rates on 6-month continuation programs.
• Client Success: Portfolio NPS consistently averages 8.5+.
• Ascension: Increase percentage of clients who graduate to higher service tiers.
• Asset Growth: Build a steady stream of testimonials and referrals.
Requirements:
This role is ideal if you’ve worked in a marketing agency or client-facing environment where results mattered. You thrive on balancing relationships with accountability, and you want to grow fast in a company with huge ambitions.
You’ll crush this role if you:
• Build trust quickly but aren’t afraid to hold clients accountable.
• Have experience in digital marketing (GoHighLevel experience is a plus).
• Are highly organized and proactive, able to manage many accounts at once.
• Are results-driven, measuring your success by client outcomes—not just activity.
• Embody Extreme Ownership: when something goes wrong, you take responsibility and fix it.
Expected Compensation:
• Monthly Guarantee: Always at least $5,000/month.
• Account Management Commission: 3% of portfolio value. (You earn whichever is higher: your $5K guarantee or 3%. At full portfolio, this averages ~$9,600/month, well above the guarantee.)
• Renewal Commission: Additional 3% of all continuation renewals (~$1,600–$2,500/month baseline, recurring).
• OTE: $135K–$175K annually at expected performance.
• Upside: Uncapped earning potential—higher renewals and PIF (Pay In Full) clients can push income well beyond OTE.
